Where can I buy Ultience products?
All Ultience products are currently sold on Amazon US. Every product page on this site links directly to its Amazon listing.
Do your adapters support video or external monitors?
No. Our USB-A to USB-C adapters do not support video output or external monitors. USB-A ports can't carry DisplayPort Alt Mode.
How do I get 10Gbps speeds?
The USB-A port, the adapter, the cable and the device all need to support 10Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 2). On a USB 2.0 port, speed drops to 480 Mbps. On single-chip models, full speed is only available in one plug orientation.
Can I charge my laptop through an adapter?
Our adapters are rated for up to 60W (20V / 3A) when used with a capable USB-A charger. They are not intended for charging from a computer's USB-A port, and some combo items don't support MacBook or MagSafe charging. Check each product page for details.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I return an item?
